On September 23, 2023, Britney and I had the joy of celebrating our daughter, Katherine Elizabeth Irene Fugate, with a beautiful baby shower at the Appalachian Arts Alliance in Hazard, Kentucky. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we spent the day filled with love, laughter, and excitement as we prepared to welcome our little girl in November.
The Appalachian Arts Alliance was the perfect setting for this special occasion. Everything came together beautifully—the decorations, the amazing food, and, most importantly, the overwhelming love and support from everyone who joined us. Britney and I were truly touched by the kindness and generosity of those who came to celebrate with us.
As we get closer to meeting Katherine, we’re cherishing every moment and feeling incredibly grateful for the people in our lives. We can’t wait to hold our baby girl in our arms and start this next chapter as a family.
